Productivity Coffee

A one-off "pick my brain" problem solving and advice session.

If you've got any kind of problem about what you're doing or how you're doing it we'll get to the root cause and work out the best way of fixing it.

You'll come away with a clear plan and recommendations for you to implement. If you'd like my help doing that we'll talk about what you'd like me to do.

We can work on any single issue or situation. Here are some ideas:

  • I'm struggling to make progress on the stuff I know I should be working on. It's so frustrating and I'm fed up of not getting anywhere.
  • My business has got more clients than we can cope with.
  • We've got a great new opportunity but we're already snowed under with the work we've already got. How can we keep everyone happy and not miss out?
  • We keep making mistakes because we're rushing around all the time (someone forgot to order what we needed to get again.)
  • I'm tired of working late nights and weekends. What do I need to do to stop burning the midnight oil?
  • I'm feeling overwhelmed and stressed. There's so much to do all the time. How can I fix this before it gets worse?
  • I'm constantly spinning plates all day. I know that sooner or later something important is going to go wrong.
  • I spend all day in my inbox trying to fix other people's problems.
  • There must be a better way to do things but I don't know where to start.
  • What app would you recommend for me or my team for our situation?
  • Anything else related to productivity or time management that you'd like to talk about.

How It Works

  • This is a 45 minute problem solving session on Zoom (or something similar if you prefer).
  • The session will be recorded so you don't need to worry about taking notes and you can come back to it in the future.
  • You'll get a summary of what we've talked about with recommendations and action points afterwards.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do this at least 24 hours in advance.

"Your skill to understand my situation better than I did myself was eye opening!"
