Many businesses develop annoying, frustrating bottlenecks that that can hold everything up.

They usually form when demand from your clients is increasing and you're growing, so if you've got bottlenecks in your system take it as a sign that you're doing well!

Bottlenecks can be damaging if you don't do anything about them so it's best not ignore one and hope it will go away. Usually they only get worse.

You can get bottlenecks in personal as well as team workflows but the approach to diagnosing and fixing them is the same.

  1. Discovery session (1½ hours)

    We'll go into where your bottlenecks are, what the root cause is, and your options for unblocking them. I prefer fixes that are simple, effective, are easy to put in place, have a high ceiling for growth and get results fast.

    We'll work a clear action plan that you can implement. I'll be happy to help you if you'd like my assistance with any of the hands-on implementation. We'll work that into your action plan.

    The session will be recorded so you don't have to make notes and you'll have it to come back to in the future.

    I'll send you a detailed follow-up with recommendations and action points.

  1. You implement the fix

    I'll be available to help if you have any questions, get stuck, or need any other support.

  1. Review session (45 minutes)

    We'll check how things are going and make sure that everything's now working as it should be. If we need to make some adjustments we can do that too.

    Removing one issue can uncover others so this is a good opportunity to talk about other problems that may have come up.

    We'll schedule this for 2 - 4 weeks after our the discovery session depending on how long it takes you to put the plan in place.
